All following Shortlisted Candidates (including JRF's) are rhereby required to obtain the Department Screening Form from office of the political science Department latest by 15-03-2018 and submit 3 (three) copies of Research Proposal of  about 3000 word latest by 25-10-2018 in the office of the Departmnt of political science . The name of research applictant should appear only on the front cover page . Research propasal should be neatly typed in Times New Roman font size 12' in English or Kruti Dev 14' in Hindi.  
 
Head, Department of Medieval and Modern History, AU:
The list of all eligible JRFs as well as all non-JRF candidates who have been shortlisted for the level II of CRET 2018 has been pasted on the notice board of Medieval and Modern History Department. All these candidates are required to submit the following self-attested documents latest by 12,October 2018 in the office of Medieval and Modern History Department:
1. Duly filled-in and signed prescribed form available with the Department
2. High school and intermediate Mark sheet and certificate
3. U.G and P.G. Mark sheet and certificate
4. Admit Card/Score card
5.Aadhar Card
6.Latest Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST, wherever applicable)
7. JRF certificate (wherever applicable)
8.Six copies of synopsis (a typed or neatly written and detailed proposal on their proposed topic of research work in Hindi or English)
 Only those  eligible JRF/ shortlisted candidates who submit the above documents latest by 12 October, 2018 will be considered for the oral presentation and interview which is scheduled to take place on 16,October 2018 from 9.30 A.M. in the Department. The candidates appearing for the Level II test should bring original copies of all their educational testimonials, marksheets, admit/score card, aadhar card, JRF and caste cerificate (wherever applicable)

Following the success of its first Memory Camp held in the month of September last year, the Centre of Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences, University of Allahabad is organizing it yet again, on the 7thof October, 2018. Set up within the campus of CBCS, this camp aims at providing a detailed record of memory through formal evaluation. People in the age group of 40-75 years are participating and will be getting a complete evaluation of memory and general cognitive health. This is an outreach endeavor of CBCS for screening age-related problems in memory and cognition.
7 अक्टूबर 2018 को इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के व्यावहारिक एवं संज्ञानात्मक विज्ञान केंद्र (सी.बी.सी.इस.) में दूसरा स्मृति शिविर आयोजित किया जा रहा है।यह उम्र के साथ स्मृति एवं मानसिक प्रक्रियाओं में हो रहे बदलाव से सम्बंधित परीक्षण का प्रयास है। 40  - 75 आयु के व्यक्ति इस इस शिविर में भाग ले रहे हैं और अपनी स्मृति एवं संज्ञान का परिक्षण करवाएंगे।

PANACHE INFOTRIX FOR SWACHH BHARAT MISSION

Swachha Bharat Mission or Clean India is a flagship program of the Current Government of India, launched on 2nd October 2015 on the birthday of our father of nation, Late Sri Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. It is one of the most acknowledged and revered efforts of our Prime Minister- Sri Narendra Modi.

Unwinding the need for mass awareness to make a mission reach its zenith. The Department of Electronics and Communication, J.K Institute of Applied Physics and technology organised an event named PANACHE INFORTIX FOR SWACHHA BHARAT MISSION on 2nd October 2018.

The objective of the event was to highlight the importance of technology, that plays an integral role in making Swachha Bharat a grand success and its integration with the mission is sine qua non.

The event organised under the guidance of Dr. Richa Mishra and Ms. Vandana Rathore as the event Coordinator, HOD of the Electronics and Communication, Prof. Nar Singh and the Chief Guest of the event was Honourable Registrar, University of Allahabad, Prof. N.K SHUKLA, delighted the event with his presence along with both teaching, non-teaching staffs and students of the institute.

The technical events organised in the Panache Infotrix were Seminar, Debate and Poster Presentation.

The theme for Seminar was “Benefits and Pitfalls of E-Waste”, with the participants manifesting audience. The E-waste management is the biggest challenge that is currently faced by the world today, with India as the locus of talk and how the menace needs to be dealt with.

The debate was conducted on three topics:

  1. Reasons to support and oppose recycling of E-waste.
  2. Challenges and promises of urban and rural sanitation scheme.
  3. What is the environmental Impact if E-waste is not disposed off properly?

The Poster Presentation theme concerns Swachha Bharat, depicting the vision and need of clean India.

The event concluded with the certificate distribution by Head of Department of E&C, Prof. Nar Singh along with Dr. R.S. Yadav. The Head of Department highlighted the need for a better waste management and the necessity to collaborate with the mission to make India a cleaner place to live in, clearly proving the proverb “Charity begins at home”.

Individual steps cumulates to achieve a target and the realisation of this fact was the ultimate motivation behind the Panache Infotrix for Swachha Bharat mission.

The awareness of the public and the need to collaborate for making the mission a realistic achievable target, gist the aim of event which ended on the following moral:
